Peter Bennett-Jones
Peter Bennett-Jones founded PBJ Management in 1988 alongside the Tiger Television Group (Chairman ’88-’12) and has worked as an agent and producer domestically and internationally since then. PBJ spent a decade working in theatre (Pola Jones) and radio production (TalkBack) before setting up shop on his own. During his time at Tiger Aspect he oversaw the production of over 500 different titles while developing the management company PBJ with long-term clients including Rowan Atkinson, Harry Enfield, Lenny Henry and Armando Iannucci.
Peter is a Fellow of the Royal Television Society, being granted the RTS and BAFTA Special Awards in 2011. He was awarded the CBE in the 2014 New Year’s Honours for his services to the entertainment industry and to charity, in particular Comic Relief, which he chaired from 1998-2013. He has served on the Boards of the National Theatre, chairing its Production Board, of the Liverpool Everyman-Playhouse and of the Oxford Playhouse. He was also a Governor of Rugby School, chairing the Arnold Foundation, is a Deputy Lieutenant of Oxfordshire and a trustee of the mental health charity the Prudence Trust.
