#RIP Gregg Jevin Memorial concert

On Wednesday 7th March the comedy and music worlds converged upon the Soho Theatre to say goodbye to Gregg Jevin, the man that never was. Organised by Michael Legge, whose original Tweet, ‘Sad to say that Gregg Jevin, a man I just made up, has died’ sparked a national phenomenon. Michael compered this moving and solemn evening, and it featured Paul McDonough with The Very Best of the Beatles, and Dave Cohen. There were specially written songs and poems, from Mitch Benn, Shappi Khorshandi and Rachel Parris, and finely wrought eulogies from Simon Evans, Nick Doody and Al Murray, amongst others. All proceeds will go to Sport Relief.
