The short film 'Big Society', starring Jonathan Rhodes has won Best Short Film at the Danish festival BornShorts.Jonathan also wrote and produced the thought-provoking black comedy, which has just fought off competition from 1800 entries to be nominated for the Grand Prix at Encounters Intl Film Festival in November, one of the world's biggest short film festivals.The six-minute film 'Big Society' which lampoons the much maligned government initiative of the same name, tells the story of an ex-army officer tackling anti-social behaviour in the UK by dishing out corporal punishment on the streets.
