Dr Brown wins Barry award

A very succesful Melbourne Comedy Festival is topped off by the big award for Dr Brown.His two shows had widespread acclaim throughout the festival, but the icing on the cake came in the form of a nomination for the prestigious Barry award.Dr Brown: Befrdfgth took the main prize for best comedy while his family offering The Dr Brown Brown Brown Brown Brown Show took a special Director's Choice award after winning Best Presentation for Children at the Adelaide Fringe the previous month.Both shows will be transferring to the Edinburgh Fringe 2012 at the Underbelly and the Assembly Rooms respectively with London runs planned.
