Fi Glover's new hard core reality show airs on BBC 1 on 27th April. The four part series will see six celebrities face the day to day gruelling challenges of a Victorian workhouse. This immersive history series will push it's contestants to the limits as they live and work exactly as Britain's poorest people would have in Victorian England.
BBC One Controller Charlotte Moore, said,
"In factual, I want to introduce new tones to the channel. New four-part series 24 Hours In The Past will bring living history to BBC One in a hard-core way. Viewers will get up close and personal with what it was like to be poor in Victorian Britain in this new series, as six famous faces travel back in time to undertake the endurance challenge of a lifetime.
