Shôn Dale-Jones

Shôn has presented his work all over the UK, Europe, USA, Canada and Australia. He is best known as an award-winning writer/performer with his comic creation, Hugh Hughes and his hit shows Floating, Story Of A Rabbit, 360, Stories From An Invisible Town and Things I Forgot I Remembered. Winner of Best Scripted Comedy Drama at the BBC Radio Awards.

Shôn is also Artistic Director for theatre company, Hoipolloi, for whom he wrote The Duke, and Me and Robin Hood, solo shows devised to raise funds for Save the Children's Child Refugee Crisis Appeal and StreetChild. Whenever possible, the show is presented free, with audiences asked to make a donation to the charity rather than buy a ticket. The show has enjoyed sell out runs at the Royal Court, the Soho Theatre, the Cambridge Junction and the Edinburgh Festival where it won a Scotsman 'Fringe First' award. To date, Shôn has raised over £50,000 and counting.
