Mark Henderson

Mark Henderson is a Lighting Designer with over 30 years’ experience working extensively for all the major theatre, dance, and opera companies in the UK.

He has been the recipient of the Laurence Olivier Award for lighting six times (most recently in 2016) and a Tony Award (in the US) for Best Lighting Design (2006).

Mark has been the recipient of the Laurence Olivier Award for lighting six times (most recently in 2016) and a Tony Award (in the US) for Best Lighting Design (2006). Mark won a Welsh BAFTA in 2000 for his work on the televised opening of the Millennium Centre in Cardiff, and has lit over 70 West End productions.

Mark is currently lighting The Collaboration at the Young Vic, directed by Kwame Kwei-Armah.
