Vanessa-Faye Stanley is a comedy performer, actor and writer working across television, film, and the theatre. She won the 2016 UK sitcom trials in Edinburgh with her sitcom pilot Likealooks, which she starred in, wrote and directed. Her short film The Birds and Bees is in the official selection of the 2017 London Short Film Festival. In 2012 The History Girls, which she also starred-in and co-wrote, was broadcast by the BBC. She was a finalist for the 2016 and 2015 Funny Women Awards, with her slapstick one-hander ABCDead.
